Parsnips

A friend here in Bulgaria recently told me about the food blog “Parsnips a Plenty”. So I hopped on over today to check it out, and I just had to share. This sassy blog features vegetarian foods focusing on locally available ingredients. But don’t sweat it, you should be able to find most of these ingredients just about anywhere in the US, and if not substitutions are provided. Witty text, wholesome foods, and lovely pictures.
